Engineered for Australian conditions, the DACE Duraswing Gate Operator is designed for domestic swing gate automation.
This listing is for the Double Motor Kit, suitable for double swing gate installations.
The system supports gate leaves up to 4 metres in length and 250 kg in weight per leaf, making it suitable for most residential driveway gates and rural property entrances.
DACE Swing gate motors require different mounting hardware depending on how your gate is installed and which direction it opens. Choosing the correct configuration ensures the motor operates smoothly and achieves the correct opening angle.
1. What Mounting Configuration do I need?
Wall Mount: Gate hinge is mounted to a wall or structural pillar (brick or concrete) Pedestal Mount: Gate is mounted on a free-standing steel or timber post
2. Does the gate open inward or outward?
Determine which direction the gate swings when opening.
Inward Swing – The gate opens towards the property.
Outward Swing – The gate opens towards the street or driveway entrance.
If the gate can swing in both directions, choose the direction you want the automated gate to open.
Example A wooden gate hinged on a brick wall that opens towards the property would require: Wall Mount + Inward Swing Motor Kit

Kit includes battery backup, contained within motor, in case of power outage.
Solar Power Kit:
A solar upgrade kit is available for installations where mains power is not available within 80m of the gate location.
