By purchasing from Ironbark Home & Outdoor, you agree to the following:

Product supply

We supply a curated range of products sourced from reputable Australian and international manufacturers and distributors.

Product information

Product specifications, suitability, and usage guidance are provided in good faith based on available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.

Installation and use

Installation, site suitability, and compliance with local regulations remain the responsibility of the purchaser and/or installer.

Ironbark Home & Outdoor does not provide engineering advice, installation services, or site assessments unless explicitly stated.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment Verification & Chargebacks

Ironbark Home & Outdoor reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel orders where payment verification or fraud concerns arise.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Ironbark Home & Outdoor. Orders are accepted once payment verification, product availability, and any required supplier or freight arrangements have been completed and confirmed by Ironbark Home & Outdoor.

Orders may be subject to payment, identity, and delivery verification and may only be dispatched to verified delivery addresses approved by Ironbark Home & Outdoor.

Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after an order has been accepted, fulfilled, dispatched, or freight and supplier costs have been incurred, Ironbark Home & Outdoor reserves the right to provide order, payment, supplier, freight, tracking, and delivery evidence to the relevant payment provider and recover any reasonable costs incurred in responding to the dispute where permitted by law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch and are subject to written approval by Ironbark Home & Outdoor.

Where an order has already been accepted, processed, ordered from a supplier, customised, or freight arrangements have been made, the customer is responsible for any reasonable cancellation, administration, freight, or restocking charges incurred by Ironbark Home & Outdoor or the relevant supplier.

Products that have been specially ordered, customised, modified, or manufactured for a customer may not be cancellable or returnable once accepted for supply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ironbark Home & Outdoor’s liability is limited to remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law and the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty arrangements.

Ironbark Home & Outdoor does not undertake product repairs unless expressly stated and may facilitate warranty claims, replacement, or supplier-supported remedies where applicable.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our products.

Warranty

Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty periods, coverage, exclusions, and claim processes may vary depending on the product manufacturer and product type.

By purchasing from Ironbark Home & Outdoor, you acknowledge that warranty support is provided in accordance with:

1. the applicable manufacturer warranty;
   
2. Ironbark Home & Outdoor’s Warranty & Support Policy; and
   
3. your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
